Neck Rash

        The thing about heat rash is that it can affect any part of the body. It has no specific location, but that does not mean that it does not prefer certain areas. One of the most common places for heat rash to make its appearance is the neck area. In this case, heat rash is known as neck rash.

        Neck rash has the same cause as the general heat rash, with one added bonus: it can be caused by excessive sweating, pooling at the base of the patients' neck, as well as by overheating said area. Usually, people who spend a lot of time in the sun, but they are not doing it for pleasure, will suffer from a type of neck rash every so often. For example, farmers and construction workers seem very tan, but all of them have gone through more neck rashes than anyone can imagine.

        Unfortunately, these people cannot afford to stay out of the sun for long periods of time, so they have developed some pretty useful methods of preventing neck rash. For example, if you need to be in the sun for long periods of time, always keep your neck covered. Sure, that might lead to excessive sweating and the appearance of neck rash. Therefore, if you wet the piece of cloth that you put around your neck, things should be better and the neck rash should be avoided.
